This resource is intended for ISDs and will demonstrate how to access a variety of ISD-level reports.

Determinations Summary Report

Determinations ISD Summary Reports are issued annually in May. This report summarizes the determinations rating for the ISD and the districts. This report can be found on the Monitoring Tasks Overview or through the Search function.

To use the Search function:

  1. Choose Monitoring as the primary filter
  2. Choose Reports as the secondary filter
  3. Narrow your search type by typing May in the quick filter text box
  4. Click the box next to the report you wish to view
  5. Click Search
  6. Click on the Activity link in the search results to access the report.

  1. From the Reports page, select the ISD Summary Report link to download a pdf of the report.
  2. Review the report for a summary of the ISD’s and each individual district’s determinations ratings.

Strand Report Summary

The Strand Report Summary provides an overview of all member districts’ Strand Report data.

This report can be found on your Reports page or through the Search function.

To use the Search function:

  1. Choose Monitoring as the primary filter
  2. Choose Reports as the secondary filter
  3. Narrow your search type by typing Sept2018 in the quick filter text box
  4. Click the box next to the report you wish to view
  5. Click Search
  6. Click on the Activity link in the search results to access the report.

From the Reports page:

  1. Scroll down to find the section, Member District Data Reports. Under that section, select the Strand Report Summary link to download an Excel spreadsheet report.
  2. Review the report for a summary of each member district’s Strand Report data.

Contact List Reports

Use these on-demand reports to access a full contact list for District Business Officials, Catamaran Coordinators, and Transition Coordinators in your ISD.  The reports show the district name, DCODE, and contact information for the assigned person.

  1. Access the report from the Reports dropdown menu item under your user name.
  2. Click on any of the report titles, District Business Officials, Catamaran Coordinators, or Transition Coordinators, to see a full list of these individuals in your ISD.

Note: The District Business Official contact list is only available to ISD Directors.

Alternate Assessment Data Report

This report offers an ISD-wide look at the rates at which each member district utilizes an alternate assessment, broken down by subject area and year.

  1. Access the report from the Reports dropdown menu item under your user name.

  3. Click on the link in the Alternate Assessment Rate Report column below to download your report.in a Word document.

Complaint SLCAP Summary

The Complaint SLCAP Summary offers a report of all Student Level Corrective Action Plans (SLCAPs) stemming from a state complaint investigation in your ISD.  The report shows district information, specific SLCAP information such as the citation and required corrective action, and the current status of the SLCAP.

  1. Access the report from the Reports dropdown menu item under your user name.
  2. Click on report title, Complaint SLCAP Summary
  3. Choose year and ISD
  4. You may also choose a district or leave that selection blank to see all SLCAPs in your ISD
  5. Choose the format in which you’d prefer to view the report (on screen or in an Excel spreadsheet)
  6. Click Go

B-4 (Discipline) Reports

B-4A (Suspension & Expulsion) Member District Data Report

This report offers an ISD-wide view of all member districts, the number of students with IEPs at each, the number of suspension and expulsion incidents, and the associated risk percentage for each school year.

This report offers an ISD-wide view of how member districts performed on the B-11 indicator; including the total number of children, the number of children evaluated within the appropriate time frame and whether the target was met.

B-13 (Secondary Transition) Student List and Summary Report

The B-13 Student List and Summary Report gives an overview of all the students reviewed in the B-13 Data Collection Activity. The report shows each student, their information, and the answers to the B-13 checklist completed during the activity.

Note: A No answer identifies that item as noncompliant. This will result in a finding of noncompliance and your district will be required to complete a CAP and an SLCAP.
  1. Access the report from the Reports dropdown menu item under your user name.
